Coliwoo opens its 15th co-living property in Singapore at Pasir Panjang
The spaces on the Pasir Panjang property are developed with maritime motifs, incorporating light grey tones and dynamic aquatic blue color choice to mirror the coastal ties of the location. All bedrooms are self-supporting studio units with assistance services, including a self-service mobile application, an onsite concierge and housekeeping.
Coliwoo intends to open up added co-living properties in various locations next year, including River Valley Roadway, Rangoon Road, Balestier Road, Lavender Street and Arab Avenue.
Coliwoo has recently opened its 15th co-living property, the Coliwoo Hotel Pasir Panjang, a four-storey facility at 404 Pasir Panjang Roadway. The brand, a co-living subsidiary among the realty management solutions team LHN Group, revealed in its statement last September that it had acquired the Pasir Panjang property for $30 million.
The Pasir Panjang Road real estate covers 16,626 sq ft and is a freehold estate. Formerly the location of the Pasir Panjang Inn hotel, the group obtained the property vacant.
The new property is less than 500m from the National University of Singapore and about 1km from Curtin University. Placed for convenience, it is a brief trip from Mapletree Business City, Science Park, and the CBD by means of Ayer Rajah Expressway, West Coast Highway, and Keppel Viaduct. The location also uses nearness to West Coast Park, Hort Park, and Southern Ridges.
Chong Ching Yeng, chief business officer of Coliwoo, claims that the label is delighted to broaden its co-living portfolio throughout the metro fringe adhering to the opening of Coliwoo Hotel Gay World. “Keeping in mind the demand amongst students and functioning professionals for lasting yet adaptable stays, Coliwoo Hotel Pasir Panjang boasts convenience and ease of access free from endangering on top quality, specifically through its top place in the heart of Pasir Panjang.”
