The campus was created by Surbana Jurong’s architects in collaboration with Safdie Architects to show the principle of a “campus in nature.” Formerly an underdeveloped greenfield location, the campus has been created to protect over half of its standing eco-friendly spot. Built-up green areas were changed with rooftop gardens, green interior gardens, and substantial exterior landscaping.

The campus covers 1.2 million sq ft in built-up space and can accommodate 4,000 workers and the larger group throughout 10 towers. The campus is assumed to house workers from various individuals in Singapore beneath one roof.

The 10 towers are interconnected by a pedestrian walkway and closed courtyards, enabling natural lighting and fresh air to move thru. The development features services like a 1,000-seater multipurpose location, a junior ballroom, roof balconies, a group reception, table tennis, and an upcoming fitness center facility.
