SLA awards tenders for Dempsey Road properties to Power Moves and Florte Design

The tenders for both sites closed on May 29 and were analyzed based upon cost and quality facets.

The units at 13 Dempsey Roadway take up an estimated land area of 5,423 sq ft and have a GFA of around 4,905 sq ft.

Power Moves succeeded the tender for 13 Dempsey Roadway (# 01-05 and # 01-07) and 13A Dempsey Street. The real estates, which are authorized for health and training utilization, take up an acreage of 9,657 sq ft and have a merged projected gross floor area (GFA) of 8,783 sq ft.
